As an accomplished former Division I and professional athlete with collegiate coaching and travel ball experience I am committed to developing future leaders on and off the diamond. Utilizing a multifaceted and detail-oriented approach, my leadership style is one of servitude, teaching, and mentoring. I do my best to utilize resources to create excitement and interest in honing in on one's skill development.

Coach Alicia is absolutely amazing. Her presence alone is overwhelming. In our first lesson she was able to get my daughter's pitching motion in position to throw a second pitch. She is very focus, technical and was somehow to make it fun. She is very encouraging but I witnessed the demands she put on my daughter to improve as well. You know you are dealing with a professional and it shows. We will be using her going forward, both remotely and in person. She is well worth every penny and I am 100% certain she will deliver results.
